Mental Illness coping mechanisms are just a juggling act of keeping your head above water
I've never been a drug addict or alcoholic, but I understand why people are. Anything to get some relief, assuage the feeling by any means necessary.
Whether it's biting your nails, rambling, pacing, breathing, playing 100 games of solitaire or hours on your phone, anything to get through to a time where you feel better.
These things are OK, but learning healthy ways to cope must be the way out, i'm still trying to find these healthy ways. Any tips?
