For us bacon lovers out there these make a fantastic snack, or side to go with your main dishes. The problem though is that they are so addictive. I always have to make many more than I should. They are incredibly easy to make and delicious at the same time.

When you bite into them you get the softness of the peppers combined with that crunchy bacon and melted cheese!
